Recommend for a hurried visit

Basic amenities, convenient location, including free parking made my short stay easy, and I appreciated having a bed to sleep in and a shower to freshen up before exploring the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Reasonably large units with the TV, a Queen bed available, the shower, and the staff were affable. The location of the hotel was perfect - a 10-15 minute walk from Oh Canada eh Dinner show. You could walk to a mall and supermarkets.

The setting is absolutely perfect and excellent, short walk to the baseball tournament, and a nearby mall.

Severe cleanliness issues in multiple rooms!!! The A/C unit produced a disturbing noise and failed to cool properly!!! Improvements in basic maintenance and repairs would also enhance the overall comfort!!!

Bed comfortable

Breakfast lousy for being even continental. Room decor bathroom fan, floor unacceptable. To upgraade wanted to charge more.

It was a great price

Needed to be clean alot more then it was and needed clean sheets as well

Here's the bottom line

If you value cleanliness and comfort, this place may disappoint. Reports of unclean rooms, pest issues, and rude staff plague this hotel. I found the atmosphere uncomfortable and the amenities lacking. Save yourself the hassle. Consider a different option to ensure a more pleasant stay. This experience was certainly below par.

Not cleaned well even after we asked to have it vacuumed. Pretty run down. Most things at breakfast ran out. View was of the ground and the road

Good price. Host at breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The rooms smelled very musty, not fresh. The bathroom matt was moldy and unattractive.

Room had a nice layout with comfortable amenities. The internet connection was unreliable, making it hard to work.

This hotel was set in a central area very close to the baseball tournament, Harrisonburg and many restaurants. Plus it was max 20 mins walk to the lake.

High speed internet inconsistent Breakfast was terrible. One toaster that hardly would toast. Very poor setup.

The staff were great. The room was surprisingly spacious and had all the amenities I needed, like a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and a clean bathroom. It was perfect.

The breakfast options were limited, needing more variety.

Staying here during my U.S. Road trip seemed like a great Americana experience. The room offered comfort and space. The staff showed genuine effort to ensure we were satisfied. The lack of thorough cleaning was noticeable, but it didn't overshadow my enjoyment of the surroundings.

The front desk person, Paul, was absolutely amazing! He accommodated every little request for us AND when I left a few items there...He mailed it back!

There was trash behind the mini fridge & USB chargers didn't work. The outlets were broken.
